“What do I like?” Have you ever felt yourself stumped with questions about what you actually enjoy? Your hobbies? Your style? Do you ever question yourself if you like something because you like it or because you SHOULD like it? Do you have a history of ignoring your intuition or, worse, being shamed for knowing something others didn’t want to know? In your youth, have you had a deep knowing something was wrong and then got yourself in or out of tremendous trouble? Our intuition can be a gift but it can also feel like a curse.

As women, we often have a history of being forced to ignore our intuition out of safety and belonging. We couldn’t be the radical truth-tellers and wisdom keepers we were made to be for fear of being reprimanded!
